eLearning Courses

The eLearning Courses available on the I-Engage Academy page are designed to provide an in-depth exploration of a topic related to pain management. Students will get access to lessons, quizzes, and worksheets that aim to enhance their knowledge and skills in a specific area of pain management.

By combining approaches from multiple courses, a holistic pain management tool kit can be built.

Currently, the I-Engage Academy will offer the following courses:

  • CBT and Chronic Pain
  • Nutrition and Chronic Pain
  • Sleep and Chronic Pain
  • Support Your Mental Health

Video Library

The I-Engage Academy video library includes a catalogue of guided meditation, stretching, and yoga videos. These videos are easy to follow, and are made for folks in pain.

Guided meditations are immersive and relaxing, helping the viewer to release tension and breathe. The meditations have different focuses, like visualization, self-love, progressive muscle relaxation, and more.

The stretching videos are instructive and gentle, helping the viewer to stretch out any tight spots and improve flexibility. Currently, the video library offers stretching for hands, wrists, feet, and toes; however, more videos will be added over time.

The yoga videos are safe and slow, allowing the viewer to mindfully stretch, breathe, and move through poses. They provide several opportunities for the viewer to customize the practice to their needs and abilities. For instance, some can be done from the floor or a chair.

Chronic Pain Blog

The chronic pain blog regularly shares short articles on various topics related to pain. Readers can access quick evidence-based information about pain management strategies, advocacy, and life with chronic pain.
