Video Resources for the Body & Mind
We offer several guided meditation videos. These videos lead the meditator through mindfulness exercises that work to bring attention to the present moment. Themes include visualization, self-love, relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, and more.
Our gentle stretching videos are aimed at improving range of motion and circulation, while reducing stiffness. We currently offer guided stretches that are focused on the hands, fingers, wrists, feet, and toes.
Check out our guided yoga sessions that incorporate elements of exercise, breathing, and mindfulness. These sessions are low-impact and gentle, and can be practiced from standing, on the ground, or in a chair.
