Myoguide is a handheld injection guidance device that uses muscle signals (EMG) and stimulation, to help clinicians target the optimal site for injection of therapeutic Botox® type drugs, used for the management of muscle spasms associated with pain and spasticity.

Clinicians can now  stimulate in both 1.0mA and 0.1mA steps over the full 0-20mA stimulation range.

The new 0.1mA step stimulation capability  is especially relevant for nerve location,  chemodenervation, in addition to ultrasound guidance procedures.

Myoguide is simple to use and has the most comprehensive features available to clinicians carrying out injection guidance procedures

Myoguide features include an integrated EMG amplifier with 9-gain settings that can be simply adjusted with the audio volume control; an integrated EMG signal display; high fidelity EMG audio (20-700Hz); a full size speaker; and a comprehensive integrated stimulator that can stimulate in both 1.0mA and 0.1mA steps over the full 0-20mA stimulation range; Additionally, there are 4-stimulation pulse width choices, and 5-stimulation frequency choices.

Clinicians can also use convenience features such as AUDIO MUTE and STIMULATION PAUSE  to streamline procedures in the clinic.
